Overview
Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we can only offer a service credit.
Because we provide digital services and deliverables, traditional “returns” do not apply. Instead, our policy focuses on ensuring you are satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the services provided.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered – If we have not yet started work on your project and you cancel within 30 days
- Incomplete or defective service – If the delivered service does not match the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Duplicate purchase – If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
Refunds are not available once a service has been completed and delivered, or in cases where substantial project work has already been performed.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services cannot be refunded, including:
- Downloadable digital products (templates, eBooks, software, or design files once delivered).
- Consulting or coaching sessions already completed.
- Subscription fees once a billing cycle has begun.
- Customized work (e.g., graphic design, copywriting, editing, or development services that have been delivered in part or full).
Refund Process
Once your request is received, our team will review it and notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund posts.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Service Credits & Rescheduling
For services such as consulting calls or design reviews, we may provide service credits or rescheduling options instead of refunds if:
- A session is missed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- You request a change at least 24 hours in advance.
